One of the best things about working in a third-generation industrial company is that different generations, experiences and perspectives meet under the same roof: the accumulated skill of a master with 40 years at BALÇIK TORMEC, the institutional memory of a manager with 30 years, the effort of colleagues who have been with us for 20, 10 and 5 years, and the energy of a colleague who joined last month.
Our calendars differ, but our goal, our effort and our enthusiasm are shared. Experience becomes culture when it is passed on; new ideas become progress when they are supported. A company is not only buildings, machines and systems — at its foundation there are people, team spirit and a culture of working together.
