Sending large drawings, 3D models or test data? Small files go directly with the request form. For larger packages your Balçık contact sends you a personal, time-limited upload link: only the named recipients can open the files, every upload is logged and the link expires automatically.
Receiving files from us? Drawings and reports are shared with a named-recipient link that expires. If a link has expired, ask your contact to send a new one – we do not send confidential drawings as open download links.
