How the configurator is used
Application, medium, electrical data
Pick the appliance and the heated medium, add working temperature, voltage and power. Options are pre-filtered from our specifications by product group so you only see what we build in series.
Live surface-load verdict
Watt density is calculated from power, sheath diameter and heated length and compared with the typical range for the medium – the master values of our specifications by product group, also used in the design guide.
Sent straight to an engineer
In the last step you add your contact details and, if you have one, a drawing. The sheet is sent in one go – no second form. No drawing yet? Our engineers draft it with you in the co-design process.
