We were delighted to host the board of directors and members of RESİDER — the Association of Heating Element Manufacturers and Business People — at our facility in Ankara.
In a period of accelerating global competition, shifting trade balances and technological transformation, we believe the future of our sector will be determined not only by the individual success of companies, but by the collective intelligence the sector can build together. Turkey is one of the countries with a say in heating element production worldwide; keeping and advancing that position depends on manufacturers developing a culture of communication, consultation and cooperation.
The meeting covered the current state and future of the sector, export potential, human resources, technology investment, value-added production, state incentives and shared challenges. As our Chairman Numan Balçık emphasised, the strong companies of the future will be those that catch up with the age, develop technology, differentiate and build structures that complement each other.
As a founding member represented on the association’s board by Utku Balçık, BALÇIK TORMEC will continue to support RESİDER in strengthening the sector’s international competitiveness.
