In-house hipot high-voltage tester for Industry 4.0 compliant testing

Automated hipot high-voltage test station developed by BALÇIK TORMEC

As part of our Industry 4.0 compliance project, our engineering team has completed the development of a hipot (high-voltage) test device, designed from A to Z in-house.

Heating elements work inside appliances that directly affect consumers’ daily lives. The project aims to test them on automated systems that eliminate human error. The tester’s electronic board design, software and manufacturing were all carried out by our own team.
